Return & Refund Policy
At Belmont Watches, we value your satisfaction. We offer a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds are processed on the day of inspection once your return is approved. To qualify for a return, your item must: Be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)Include all tags and original packagingInclude the receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, contact our team at info@belmontwatches.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact: info@belmontwatches.com
New Watches/Authorized Dealer Watches
New watches sold by Belmont Watches as an authorized dealer are not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges are allowed only for another watch of equal or greater value and must be approved by Belmont Watches. Refunds, partial refunds, and returns are not permitted.
All exchange requests must be made within [5] days of delivery and the watch must be unworn, unregistered, and in original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items & Final Sale
ProductsCertain products are non-returnable for quality control and hygiene reasons. These include:Watch straps – All watch straps are final sale and non-returnable once purchased. Custom or special orders, including personalized engravings or bespoke straps. Personal care or cleaning products such as polishes, cleaning solutions, or cloths. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For the fastest experience, return the item following the policy above. Once the return is accepted, we will process the exchange shipment.
Refunds

Order Cancellations
If you cancel before the item ships, a 3 percent cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover credit card fees.Orders refused at delivery will be subject to all applicable fees, including restocking and cancellation charges.
