Belmont Watches was founded by Adam Beardsley, a long time watch collector who built the business around transparency, education, and long term relationships.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No. Walk ins are always welcome during open hours. Private consultations are also available if you prefer a dedicated one on one experience.

Are your watches authenticated?
Yes. Every watch we sell is inspected and authenticated in house before it is listed or offered for sale.
Do you sell pre owned Rolex?
Yes. We specialize in authenticated pre owned Rolex, along with other luxury and collectible brands.
What brands do you carry?
We carry a curated selection of brands including Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Grand Seiko, Cartier, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tudor, TAG Heuer, Breitling, Zenith, and more. Inventory changes daily.
Do you carry vintage watches?
Yes. We regularly carry vintage and neo vintage watches, and we pay close attention to originality and correct components when evaluating pieces.
Can you help me find a specific watch?
Yes. If you are looking for a specific reference that is not currently listed, we can often help source the right piece. Contact us with what you are looking for, your budget range, and any must have details.
Can I see watches in person before I buy?
Yes. Our San Diego showroom is designed for exactly that. You can view and compare watches in a relaxed, collector-focused environment.
Authorized Dealer Questions
Are you an authorized dealer for any brands?
Yes. Belmont Watches is an Authorized Dealer for Doxa and Favre Leuba, and Nivada Grenchen.
Do authorized dealer watches come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes. Brand new authorized dealer watches come with full manufacturer warranty and complete packaging.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Belmont Watches offers free insured expedited shipping on watch purchases.
Are packages insured?
Yes. Orders ship fully insured for the purchase price.
Is signature required for delivery?
Yes. Signature is required for delivery on high value shipments to protect your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to select countries. International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or VAT required by their country.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
No. We do not ship high value watches to PO boxes for security reasons.
Warranty and Support
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Watches that are serviced by Belmont Watches include a written warranty that covers mechanical function under normal use.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers mechanical issues related to function under normal wear. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Warranty details are included in the written coverage documentation.
What should I do if I have an issue with my watch?

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Belmont Watches offers a 3 day return window. You have three days after delivery to request a return.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
A restocking fee of 10 to 25 percent may apply depending on the item.
What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return?
To qualify, the item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received it, and include all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Are watch straps returnable?
No. Watch straps are final sale and non-returnable once purchased.
What items are final sale?
Final sale items include watch straps, custom or special orders, personalized engravings, bespoke straps, and personal care or cleaning products.
When are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed on the day of inspection once your return is received and approved.
Selling Your Watch
Do you buy watches?
Yes. Belmont Watches buys individual watches and full collections.
What brands do you buy?

How do I get an offer?

Can I sell without box and papers?
Yes. Box and papers can impact value, but we still buy watches without them depending on the watch and condition.
Do you offer trade ins?
Yes. You can trade a watch toward another watch or a piece of jewelry.
Consignment
Do you offer consignment?
Yes. Belmont Watches accepts selected luxury watches on consignment, including higher value pieces and collector references.
Why consign instead of selling outright?
Consignment can be a great option if you want to maximize value and are willing to wait for the right buyer. Selling outright is often faster. We are happy to discuss both options.
How do I start a consignment?

Does Belmont Watches sell jewelry?
Yes. We offer fine jewelry, custom jewelry, and engagement and wedding rings.
Do you create custom jewelry?
Yes. We create custom pieces and also redesign heirloom jewelry, including reworking family pieces into something wearable and meaningful.
Can you help with engagement rings?
Yes. We offer engagement rings and custom engagement projects. If you have inspiration photos, budget range, and timeline, we can guide you through the process from start to finish.
Do you buy jewelry?
