Minase Divido 2.0 Ice Blue Dial
Divido's unique design is inspired by the Japanese 3-dimentional puzzle. Through a revolutionary approach in watchmaking, the dial seems to be floating inside the case, suspended below the box-type sapphire window. Indeed, there is physical space between the case and the edges of the dial, which is only fixed by four tiny screws on the corners, enabling light to flood in from all sides on the hand-painted dial.Minase watches' steel parts are hand-polished with the Sallaz polishing technique (also known as sarazu). A technique of polishing the steel by hand, piece after piece requiring an impressive level of skills and dexterity. Furthermore, steel bracelets are uniquely constructed; No exterior screws or pins are visible when the watch is worn thanks to the use of tiny screws on the underside of each bracelet link.

History of Minase Watches
Minase is a boutique watch manufacturer based in Akita Prefecture, Japan. Producing less than 500 pieces a year, Minase’s philosophy is to make unique, beautiful and highly qualitative hand-made watches that embody the values, traditions and typical crafts of Japan.
When it was founded 15 years ago, Minase decided to hire people from the region and train them following the principle of Monozukuri: learning by doing, again and again. This resulted in a highly motivated workforce of experts who consider their work more than a job. A pride born out in the passion Minase Watches display.
